The Scape Leeds student accommodation project, built by HG Construction, is a striking addition to the Leeds skyline. With 693 modern bedrooms, shared amenity spaces, and ground-floor retail units, this development required flooring that could meet high standards of durability, style, and functionality. Our task at Active Flooring Solutions was to supply and fit over 12,000m² of Moduleo vinyl flooring across the entire building, ensuring a seamless and high-quality finish.
