Start to finish — no gaps

From the start, we pulled in our underfloor heating team, screed specialists, insulation crew and floor-coverings experts so we could coordinate the full package:

• Designing and installing the warm water underfloor heating system laid on PIR insulation.

• Laying a rapid-drying screed so that heating could be commissioned early and downstream trades could get moving without delay.

• Installing the floor coverings: high-performance vinyl and carpet finishes tailored for each clinical or circulation space.

• Applying a 4 mm epoxy quartz resin system for selected seclusion rooms; walls and floors delivering anti-pick, hygienic, slip-resistant finishes for critical environments.

Why this matters

In healthcare environments, the coordination of trades, the sequencing of works, and the durability of finishes all matter. By offering the full service, we minimised hand-offs, reduced interface risks and provided a smoother path from sub-floor to final finish. The client saw a single point of contact for all flooring and floor-related works, which meant less complexity, clearer progress, and one accountable team.

It wasn’t just about installing materials. We worked closely with GRAHAM’s site and M&E teams to keep things aligned. Early engagement helped us avoid delays, supported programme flow, and ensured quality. Our experienced project managers Jason Swapp and David Lavery led the team with clear communication and precision. We also thank our supply partners Tremco CPG, Milliken, Polyflor, Altro and Tarkett for their role in helping deliver to specification.
