Reflecting on a Wonderful Christmas with Everton in the Community

Supporting Our Community: Active Flooring Solutions & Everton in the Community

At Active Flooring Solutions, we are committed to supporting the communities we work in, and our partnership with Everton in the Community is something we are incredibly proud of. This past Christmas, we were delighted to support the Blue Base Grotto, helping to bring festive joy to local children, young people, and families who needed it most.

Our Contribution to the Blue Base Grotto

Through our support, Everton in the Community was able to:

• Welcome 100 children to the Blue Base Grotto experience, where they met Santa, saw real reindeer, and took part in festive activities.

• Provide gift vouchers to over 90 young people, offering additional support to those involved in education, community, and intervention programmes, including:

  • Inspires

  • Kicks

  • Safe Hands

  • Interventions

  • The Growth Project

• Ensure that more than 200 children received a Christmas present, including participants from:

  • Primary and secondary education programmes

  • Kicks community sessions

  • Disability programmes

  • The Stay & Play Dad’s Group Christmas party

• Extend support to residents of the Home Is Where The Heart Is house, helping to make the festive period a little brighter for those facing challenging circumstances.

Making a Difference at Christmas

Christmas can be a difficult time for many families, and we are truly humbled to know that our contribution helped bring joy, comfort, and a sense of belonging to so many. The work that Everton in the Community does all year round is nothing short of inspiring, and we are honoured to have played a role in this meaningful initiative.

A heartfelt thank you to the team at Everton in the Community for everything they do and for allowing us to support such an important cause. We look forward to continuing our partnership and being part of more initiatives that create lasting positive change.
